If your having trouble following along try to look up some of the stretches and practice them outside of this routine. Then once you are comfortable with them then try following along.

Otherwise I could never provide as much content as I do now. Hope that makes sense. 🤗 Coaching is a different topic ofc. That being said I have a few CAR routines (mobility) with voice-over versions as they’re quite difficult to navigate without. There’s also a voice-over foam rolling routine coming out this week. 😊
