- 🤸🏼♀️ A relaxing & gentle 10-min. stretching routine to help you loosen up after your run.
🎯 Target Areas: upper body (t-spine + surrounding muscles), lower body (hip flexors, glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves)
💭 How To Use: as a cool down after you’ve finished your run (would not recommend as a warm up due to the amount of stretches rather than activation exercises)
🔧 Equipment (optional): blanket for couch stretch variation

Am I the only one who struggles to follow her routines without voice-overs for instructions of correct forms???😢😢😢
If your having trouble following along try to look up some of the stretches and practice them outside of this routine. Then once you are comfortable with them then try following along.
Nope. But that’s my favorite feature of these workouts.
Hey hey! On YT I provide free content which is why these typically don’t include verbal cues (more to set up, time-intense, requires more planning). Otherwise I could never provide as much content as I do now. Hope that makes sense. 🤗 Coaching is a different topic ofc.
That being said I have a few CAR routines (mobility) with voice-over versions as they’re quite difficult to navigate without. There’s also a voice-over foam rolling routine coming out this week. 😊
